People involved.
For me, the art of finding, building and enhancing a person's identity is an "act of faith" because it is not enough to master the technique... you have to dedicate yourself and abandon yourself totally, with your head and heart. I have to take care of it, I have to protect it, listen to it...
… I have to take care of it when “you don’t believe in it”; this is why I say that in every job I always leave a “small-big” part of me: design, as well as Coaching, is a human process that requires love, emotion, involvement and feeling.
Sense, meaning, intuition, listening, reflection, space, forms, harmony and time: your identity is a “long-term” value that “constantly pursues diversity”, in making things happen.
WHEREVER YOU ARE… FEEL “AT HOME”.
Our place is everywhere. Where is “everywhere”?
Don’t just “take up space”: fill it with the future… enhance it.
Having a name and “calling yourself” also means having a place in the world.
Think global to act local.
ALWAYS AIM FOR THE COMMON GOOD.
Do good by sharing (the) good.
Educate to cooperation and social impact.
That “much to give”, that “everything to do”.
“Save et servi”
THINK AWARE. ACT.
Writing becomes a therapy to build a movement.
Asking “Why?” already means provoking a change.
“(Inter) Break the pattern” before the pattern “(inter) breaks you”.
When actions unite we speak of inclusion.
CULTIVATE AN OBSESSION WITH DISCOVERY.
Discover the submerged lands, inhabit the emerged lands.
Do it with passion… and tell about it.
Always choose the longest route.
Inspire, amaze, be a curious person but, above all, be amazed and be contagious!
KNOWING YOURSELF IS ALREADY RISKING: TAKE A RISK WITH ME.
Two people talking are already building a narrative.
We build narrative universes.
We rebuild fabrics where we can imprint stories, more or less new but certainly worthy of being embroidered.
Every story, even the ugliest or most insignificant… needs someone capable of telling it. That someone is you, with your experience, with your emotions… with your experiences.
ACCOMPANY THE MOVEMENT.
A wave can overwhelm you… or you can surf it!
Promote a will, create a good daily practice.
Move people with a strong “why”, set them on a journey on untraveled paths.
Realize your impact.
LESS MONEY, MORE CREATIVITY.
We will reach the port even with a rowboat.
Always do what you have to, with what you have (and as best you can).
It is not always about “winning”: inspiring means, first of all, knowing how to accept defeat.
Do simple things. Make things simple… but do them!
